- Mana cost is exceptionally high. Without a Master, along with it's power being significantly lowered, it's useable only once before he'll be too drained to even continue fighting. With a Master, depending on how much mana they provide, he can use it a handful of times at full power.
- Although it's function is essentially the same, even at full power it no longer matches the level of power it had in canon. The sword does not form a small sun above the battlefield, but instead something that just resembles one - and functions similarly to it's canon counterpart at reduced power.
- Numeral of the Saint no longer triples his stats during the daytime. Instead, it causes faeries to be extra nice to him if he asks them for something.
